More than 900 Sudan People's Liberation Army (SPLA) police have graduated in Malakal town of the Upper Nile State.
200 women were among the graduates.
The general police inspector of south Sudan, Lt. Gen. Makwac Deng, said that this is the largest batch graduated in the Upper Nile State.
Lt. Gen. Deng sai dthat thgis force will help in protecting and implementing the Comprehensive Peace Agreement especially in the upcoming Census and elections.
