The Chadian President Idriss Deby has insisted that the French charity workers accused of trying to abduct one hundred and three children would be judged in Chad.
On Tuesday the French President Nicolas Sarkozy vowed to return to Chad to bring home the charity workers facing trial in Chad.
On the other hand, Chad said that the Chadian judiciary will not abandon the case.
Six members of the French charity Zoe's Ark face trial on charges of attempting to kidnap more than one hundred children.
The French charity said it was saving orphans from war in Darfur, but the UN and local aid workers said the children may not be orphans.
