Reports said that mediators had denied changing the venue of the Darfur peace talks from Libya to South Africa.
Meanwhile, a workshop involving the Sudanese government and the Darfur Movements have started in the Libyan town of Sirte on the issues of power and wealth sharing.
Miraya FM Abdel Hamid Awad reported from Sirte that the Darfur movements agreed that the population density should be the main standard for the power sharing through a transitional authority that the two parties agree upon.
The movements also said that a percentage of participation in the government of Sudan should be given to the people of Darfur.
The participation should comprise institutions like the Presidency, the Council of Ministers, the State institutions, in addition to the Civil Service.
