According to the Chairman of the South Sudan's Darfur task force, Cannon Clement Janda; The
Darfur factions’ meeting is progressing well in
Juba .
the atmosphere in the meeting hall at Home and Away Hotel is cordial with much of commitment.
The one week
Darfur factions’ meeting opened on Monday with more than forty
Darfur rebel factions in attendance.
However, the meeting is going-on without key faction leaders such as Mr. Abdul Wahid Mohammed Nour of the Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) and Mr. Ibrahim Khalid of Justice and Equality Movement (JEM).
