Government to free rebel leader for Darfur talks. |

The Sudanese government has said that it will set free one of the Darfur rebel leaders, Suliemen Jamous if real peace talks started.Speaking to the Reuters News Agency the state minister for Foreign Affairs, Ali Ahmed Karti, said Jamous will be set free when there is what he called real talks. .
Sulieman Jamous who is a coordinator for the humanitarian affairs in the Sudan Liberation Movement is seen as a key figure in uniting the fractured Darfur movements.Jamous has been imprisoned in a UN hospital in Kadugli for more than 13 months after the United Nations brought him there for medical treatment.
In the other hand, the co-representative of the United Nations and the African Union for Darfur Mr. Rudolf Adada has said that many countries have offered to contribute to the hybrid forces for Darfur.Mr. Adada added that the planning for the 2 billion dollar operation is underway.The African envoy said the actual operation will being in October
