The Ugandan government and the Lords Resistance Army peace delegations have both requested from the chief mediator, Southern Vice President Riak Machar more time to finalize drafting a reconciliation agreement. The Ugandan government delegation spokesman, Bargi Hoko, told Miraya FM that they are almost ready to sign on the 3rd article on accountability and reconciliation.
