The National Agricultural Association has reached an agreement with the Government of South Sudan (GOSS) to include southern representation in the Association after its elections were delayed for more than 18 months in the south. The Technical Secretary of the Agricultural Union, Yousef Abdelhay, said the agreement will lead to the appointment of southern representatives in the union.
