Chad releases four Sudanese military prisoners of war |

Chad
has released four Sudanese military officers detained during the recent clashes on the borders between both countries.
Speaking to Miraya FM the director for the office of the Sudan Armed Forces, Lt. Colonel Sawarmi Khalid, said that the release of these officers came as a result of the recent security agreement singed between
Chad
and
Sudan
in
Khartoum
.

Khartoum," the director for the office of the Sudan Armed Forces, Lt. Colonel Sawarmi Khalid told
Miraya FM. Lt.Col. Khalid added, "And it is also an implementation of the
Abuja
agreement". Lt.Col. Khalid said that it is not yet known when will the released detainees arrive in
Khartoum adding that
the Chadian government is having differences within itself. "We are having no Chadian prisoners of war," Lt.Col. Khalid concluded.
