ethiopia_coa.pngEthiopia has denied responsibility for obstructing Untied Nations humanitarian aid to thousands of refugees in Somalia. The spokesperson of the Ethiopian government Salomon Abiyey said the activities of the extremists are to blame. The UN humanitarian coordinator for Somalia Eric Laroch said the Somali and Ethiopian troops constitute an obstacle to humanitarian aid.
