somali_flag.gifThe Somali Parliament has yesterday agreed to transfer its interim government institutions from their base in Baidoa to the capital Mogadishu. Mogadishu has been experiencing almost daily violence since the Islamic Courts called for defying the African peacekeepers. Meanwhile, the African Mission in Somalia is continuing its operations and has so far secured 1,200 troops to replace the Ethiopian forces.
