The Sudan News Agency reported that the West Darfur special court postponed its today’s hearings in Al-Genaina town due to the appeals made by Ali Kushaib and others suspects. The court was due to look into the charges made by the special investigative committee of Delaij incidents.Ali Kushaib is also second on the list of the suspects accused by the International Criminal Court for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Darfur.Speaking to the press the undersecretary of the ministry of Justice, Abdel-daim Zimrawi, said the ministry did receive the appeals.

Zimrawi added that the ministry has recalled the files of charges against the suspects from the special court.
