The Ministry of Education and administrations of eradication of illiteracy in many countries around the world celebrate today the International Literacy Day.

United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), UN agencies and many others operating in the area of education that help in literacy education will take part in the celebration.
