The signing of a peace agreement between the Ugandan government and the Lord's Resistance Army is postponed due to bad weather.

The signing ceremony was scheduled for today in the border area of Ri-Kwangba.

The peace talks between the two parties were mediated by the Vice President of the Government of Southern Sudan Dr. Riek Machar.

The Envoy of UN Secretary General and representatives from the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Kenya were to attend the ceremony.
