Southern Assembly to discuss anti-corruption bill in October |

The Speaker of the Southern Sudan Legislative Assembly James Wani Igga confirmed to Miraya FM that the Assembly will discuss the anti-corruption bill in early October, following a one month recess which begins today.
Igga added that the deliberations of the anti-corruption bill top the Legislative Assembly's agenda.
He also denied reports of receiving a request from the President of the Government of South Sudan Salva Kiir Mayardit requesting him to postpone discussion of the bill.
