Ki Moon urges for peace in Darfur |

UN General Secretary Ban Ki Moon stressed that bringing peace to Darfur is not less than serving justice to any war victims.
He said that the international community ought to speed the peace process in Darfur, adding that the ICC request to arrest al-Bashir changes the seen, and dialogue should be carried with all conflict parties despite what the court judges' decision.
In a related path, the UN high commission for Refugees condemned what it called overreacting and imbalanced use of force against IDPs in Kalma camp in south Darfur. Spokesperson of the commission Ivon Adomo said that the attack killed thirty one people.
On the other hand the European French Presidential asked on the Sudanese government for an explanation for the police invasion of the IDP camp. In a statement from the French foreign ministry stated that the European Union condemned the government interference by the use of force.
