The Sudan Liberation Movement- the Unity Faction- said that it has destroyed a spying plane belonging to the government in Jabal Mara area.

The Movement's leading member Sulaiman Jamus told Miraya FM that the movement's Artillery shot down the remote piloted plane yesterday, as self defense.

Meanwhile, Lieutenant Colonel Al-Sawarmi Khalid Saad, from the Army spokesman office said that the computerized plane experienced technical difficulties before going down, but it still not clear whether the problem was an accident or a man made problem.
