Four Dams to be constructed in south Sudan |

The Dams Implementation Unit has announced that preparations are over for the construction of four Dams in south Sudan.
Speaking to Miraya FM, the Coordinator of the southern sector in the Unit, Emmanuel Luka Liri, said President Omer Al-Bashir will officiate the signing of assessment contracts with a Chinese company in Juba on Wednesday.
Luka Liri added that the proposed dams will be in Wau, Juba and Torit, while the reconstruction of Meridi Dam is being planned.
