Mr. Penn said that the visit of the delegation to Abyei is to look into the destruction that took place last May, talk to the affected people and see the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement. Speaking to Miraya FM at Wau International airport on his way back to juba, dr. Luka biong, described the situation in Abyei as calm. However, Dr. Biong said that the Sudan armed forces have not yet completely pulled out of Abyei as stipulated in the road map.
