Meetings of NCP and SPLM continue |

The Meetings of the Joint Political Committee between the National Congress Party (NCP) and the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) are continuing in Khartoum.
The meetings include the Legal Affairs Committee, the Basic Rights Committee, the Blue Nile-Southern Kordofan Committee and the Abyei Committee.
The Minister of Presidential Affairs in the Government of Southern Sudan Dr. Luka Biong told Miraya FM that there are ongoing consultations to form an Election Commission within the coming days.
Dr. Biong pointed out the choosing a National Figure to head the Commission will be a sign of the fairness of upcoming elections.
