Malakal is completely safe, General Pyar says |

The Director of Police in the Upper Nile State, General Pyar Mading, has denied any insecurity in the state’s capital, Malakal.
He explained that the shooting last week was made by some intoxicated policemen.
He said that they are now being questioned.
General Mading urged the citizens to report immediately about any theft, raiding or illegal arms.
Rumors spread last week in Malakal about armed men raiding and stealing properties under threat.
