The Anti-Terrorism Special Courts in Khartoum today sentenced 22 more Darfur rebels accused of being involved in the Omdurman attacks last May to death by hanging.
Speaking to the Reuters News Agency lawyer Adam Saleh said that the court condemned 10 to death by hanging and three others to a juvenile court.
A second court later condemned 12 others to death.
The Anti-Terrorism Special Court in Khartoum earlier sentenced to death by hanging eight members and suspects of the Justice and Equality Movement accused of being involved in Omdurman incidents.
