Anti-Corruption Commission receives 1462 complains |

The Southern Sudan Anti-Corruption Commission revealed that it has received over fourteen hundred and sixty complains of corruption during the period between January June this year.
Speaking to Miraya FM the Chairperson of the commission Pauline Riak that some case have been investigated and referred to the ministry of legal affairs in the government of Southern Sudan…
Ms Paulin added that the absence of anti-corruption Law affects the commission’s performance; she urged the legislative authority to pass the anti-corruption bill…
However, Ms Paulin said that the commission has no clue about the investigations of General Aboto Mamur and the former public attorney in charges of corruption.

The Anti-Corruption Commission has announced earlier that about sixty seven percent of the population in southern Sudan thinks that Corruption rates have increased in Southern Sudan after the signing of the CPA in 2005.
