The Secretary General of the Arab League Amru Mousa is continuing with his efforts in Cairo, Egypt to deal with ICC’s indictment of President Bashir over genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity in Darfur.
Mousa has also met with the leader of the Umma Party, Sadiq Al-Mahdi, and the Joint Special Representative of the United Nations-African Mission in Darfur (UNAMID), Rodolphe Adada.
He expressed hope that the ICC’s indictment can be dealt with. He however did not give details about the Arab League meeting in Cairo, Egypt.
