ICC to issue arrest warrant of senior Sudanese figures |

Reuters has reported that the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) Luis Moreno-Ocampo would submit to the judges evidence on crimes committed in Darfur in the past five years and is expected to charge senior government officials.
Reuters has quoted the Washington Post, the French Press Agency, the BBC and officials and diplomats in the United Nations as saying Luis Moreno-Ocampo will seek an arrest warrant for Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir, charging him with genocide and crimes against humanity.
On the other hand,The Sudan People's Liberation Movement confirmed the departure of its representatives and the National Congress Party representatives to Lahai to submit the Arbitration Tribunal Agreement on Abyei to the Permanent Court for Arbitration.
Speaking to the media in Juba, the Deputy Chairman of the SPLM in the north, Yassir Arman, expressed worries over the delay in setting up an interim administration in Abyei.
