Salva Kiir calls on Upper Nile to contribute to self- sufficiency in south |

First Vice President, President of the Government of South Sudan, Lt. Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit, called on the citizens of the Upper Nile State to take the lead in the Agricultural production efforts to make South Sudan self-sufficient.
He also called on them to consider unity a top priority in order to realize peace in Sudan. During his two day visit to the Upper Nile State, Salva Kiir Mayardit is expected to re-open the State’s Assembly which he said is one of the reasons of his visit.
