Juba area residents face immediate eviction |

A few thousands of Gudele area residents of Juba are facing immediate eviction from the land it is being claimed to belong to the Catholic Church.
Hundreds of citizens who are facing the eviction gathered at Gudele to find solution to their problems and they expressed their anger to Miraya FM reporter. The residents of the disputed area accused the Central Equatoria State land committee for “accepting bribe from the Church in order to decide against poor citizens. Speaking to Miraya FM, the head of the committee for land grabbing, Demo Ari, denied that the committee has been bribed.
