A Norwegian organization offers scholarships for Upper Nile |

The Upper Nile University said that a Norwegian organization has announced 40 scholarships for Bachelor Degree students willing to study vocational, and teachers training in the university.
A Lecturer at the Faculty of Human Resource Development at the University, Philip Mayiek York, said that these scholarships will help in the development of manpower and capacity building.
