Lino accuses SAF of building up troops in Abyei |

The SPLM Administrator in Abyei, Edward Lino, said that the Sudan Armed Forces keeps sending reinforcements and building up troops in the area.
He urged the IGAD to intervene in order to implement the Abyei protocol as agreed in the CPA.
