SPLM Convention endorses the movement’s Constitution |

The Second Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) Convention taking place in Juba historically endorsed the movement’s Constitution and has been signed by its Chairman, Lt. Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit, on Saturday.
The signature of the Constitution was signed under the presence of more than 1,500 delegates from all parts of Sudan attending the Convention in Juba.
This Constitution replaces the SPLM’s Manifesto which came into being since the formation of the SPLM in 1983.
