The Commission called on the all the parties to desist from the use of force and to recommit themselves dialogue.
The Reuters News Agency reported that witnesses said that they saw three jet fighters flying over Omdruman and military planes landing in the Khartoum airport. Political parties and civil society organizations issued statements condemning the attempts which are aimed at causing security instability in the country.
The Justice and Equality Movement entrance to Khartoum came after two days from the announcement of the Sudan Armed Forces that it pushed back the Movement from entering the Sudanese Capital, Khartoum.
