Ali Sadiq : Darfur talks hosting is not in Sudan Britain Talks PDF Print E-mail
Friday, 02 May 2008
The spokesperson of the Sudanese Foreign Ministry, Ali Sadiq, denied that talks between Britain and Sudan are sloping towards the British to host the Darfur peace talks.
Speaking to Miraya FM, Mr. Sadiq said that the talks are based on building bilateral relations between Sudan and Britain and how to support it.

The British Prime Minster, Gordon Brown, earlier expressed that his country is hoping to host the peace talks between all the engaged parties in the Darfur conflict.

Addressing the British General Assembly, Mr. Brown said that he is perusing Deng Alor to accept Britain’s proposal.
